CONFERENCE DATE: Tuesday, September 24, 2024, 8:00am-4:30pm
DOORS OPEN/CHECK-IN: 7:30am
VENUE: Glencoe City Center, 1107 E. 11th Street, Glencoe, MN 55336

HEALTH and COMFORT: This is a sold-out, in-person conference only. Please do not attend if you are sick. Business casual attire and layered clothing are recommended to accommodate room temperature variations in the large ballroom.
PARKING: Parking is free! Space in the venue parking lot is limited. Overflow parking is available in the nearby St. Pius Church lot and on the street. Please plan to walk a couple blocks, if the parking lots are full. We strongly encourage you to carpool to reduce any parking inconveniences.
ENTRANCE: Doors open at 7:30am. Enter through the WEST DOORS of the Glencoe City Center.
CHECK IN: Upon arrival, check in at the 2B CONTINUED table at the top of the stairs near the WEST Entrance.
COFFEE: Ooh la la! Elephant Joe’s Coffee truck will be in the WEST parking lot from 7:00am-10:30am (additional charge).
PLEASE, arrive early to avoid long lines & wait times.
FOOD & BEVERAGES: Continental breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages are included in the registration fee:
- BREAKFAST: Frittatas, yogurt parfaits, fruits, and assorted muffins will be served from 7:30-8:30am.
- LUNCH: Delicious & healthy Gypsy Bowls and fruit served from 12:10-1pm. (You should have received a Survey Monkey email from us 9/13 asking for your bowl preference. If you didn’t respond, we will help you with your food selection at check-in).
- SNACKS: A variety of snacks will be offered, including healthy and gluten-free options, during designated break times.
- BEVERAGES: Beverage stations will be inside the ballroom so you can help yourself to coffee, water, & sodas throughout the day.
Feel free to BYO water bottle to fill at a water filling station, compliments of Tri-County Water, Hutchinson.
MASSAGE: Back by popular demand!!!! Sign up for a FREE 10-minute massage compliments of 2B CONTINUED! Availability is limited! Stop by the massage area in the rear of the ballroom ASAP to book your time slot.
MOTHERS’ ROOM: A designated private space is available for nursing mothers. This service is provided by the Crow River Area Breastfeeding Coalition. Please stop by the 2B CONTINUED Booth for location information.
SAFE LOUNGE: Sensitive topics will be discussed which have the potential to spark unpleasant feelings and emotions. We care about you and your wellbeing! If you need a quiet space, some alone time, and/or to talk with a professional, go to the 2B CONTINUED Booth and a team member will direct you to the safe lounge. A Crisis Team professional will be available onsite. Remember, it’s ok to not be ok!
RESOURCE VENDOR FAIR: Please visit the vendor booths during designated break times to learn about available resources and program offerings.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT: A Certificate of Attendance for 6.5 clock hours of continuing education will be awarded at the end of the conference AND upon completion of the conference evaluation. The conference is designed to meet CE requirements for nurses, social workers, educators and other professionals with each attendee being responsible for determining whether the activity meets the requirements for acceptable continuing education for their respective profession. 2B CONTINUED is an approved CE provider for the MN Board of Social Work (CEP #2316).
LODGING: Hotels and Airbnb rentals are available in the nearby communities of Hutchinson, Norwood Young America, and Waconia.
REFUND POLICY: As a reminder, registration is transferable, but not refundable. Please notify us upon check in if you are attending in place of another registrant. We need accurate attendee including name, email and credentials for CEU tracking purposes.
VENDORS: Set up Monday from 1-3:30pm or Tuesday (day of Conference) 7-7:30am. PLEASE, be set up and ready for attendees when the doors open at 7:30am. PARK in the EAST parking lot and enter through the EAST DOORS for most convenient access to the Ballroom.
