SUMMARY:Mental Health Toolbox Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join 2B CONTINUED for a creative and interactive Mental Health Toolbox Workshop (ages 10+) led by artist and mental health educator Rebecca Schmitz. \nThis hands-on workshop combines art and practical mental health strategies. Participants will receive a red wooden toolbox and materials to create 13 symbolic tools\, each representing a coping strategy or reminder that can help during times of stress or emotional difficulty. As participants design and personalize their tools with words or phrases that resonate with them\, the process becomes a meaningful way to explore coping skills\, boundary setting\, and relationship building. The finished toolbox serves as a visual and tangible resource that participants can return to when they need support. \nChoose from two workshop times: \n\nSession 1: 1:00–3:00 PM\nSession 2: 5:00–7:00 PM\n\nLocation:2B CONTINUED Offices305 7th Street EastGlencoe\, MN 55336 \nThe workshop is free and open to the public\, but registration is required and space is limited. Click here to register! \nThis event is made possible by a grant from the Southwest Minnesota Regional Arts Council.
