DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a full day of bungee fitness classes and a creative\, come-and-go ceramic pot painting experience at C.O.R.E. Bungee Fitness in Redwood Falls\, MN — all in support of mental health education\, training\, and community outreach. \nHow to Participate in Bungee Fitness\nParticipants may choose from three 30-minute class options beginning at 2:00 PM\, 2:50 PM\, or 3:45 PM. Pre-registration is required\, and spots are first come\, first served due to limited space. Reserve your class online at www.corebungeefitness.net/bungee-fitness/ (look for “Fundraiser Bungee Class”). You may also call or text Gwen at 507-640-0017 for assistance with registration. \nHow to Participate in DIY Ceramic Pot Painting\nCeramic pot painting will take place from 2:00–4:30 PM in a come-and-go format. The experience is guided by Kate Siegel\, a middle school art teacher\, and no prior experience is needed. Snacks will be provided. No registration is required for this portion of the event. \nBoth the bungee fitness classes and ceramic pot painting are free-will donation activities. Proceeds go to 2B CONTINUED in support of the DLTS STAR dance couple Matt and Sarah Hausken pre-event fundraising campaign for Dancing Like the Stars\, the organization’s signature event.
