GUEST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How do I find my ticket?

The ticket link was included in the confirmation email that was sent to the person who completed the purchase. The purchaser should check their email inbox for the ticket receipt from BetterUnite that was sent immediately upon purchase (if not there, look in spam/junk mail). Look for “Print Tickets” under the details section of the receipt email.

A printed or electronic view (photo on phone) of the ticket (s) is required at check in.  Also, it will be helpful to know the name of the ticket PURCHASER.


Where is the Arlington Event Center?

The Arlington Event Center is located right off Hwy 5 in Arlington, MN. The address is: 204 Shamrock Dr, Arlington, MN 55307.


Where should I park?

Free parking lots with several handicap spaces and street parking are available adjacent to the Arlington Event Center.  


What is the seating arrangement?

It depends on your ticket type. There is a seat at a table for every ticketholder. Attendees will remain seated at the same table for the dinner & show.

Ticket types:

  • General Admission for Show only – (tabled, seating is first come, first choice)
  • General Admission for Dinner & Show (tabled, seating is first come, first choice)
  • Reserved Table for 8 (premium reserved seating for dinner & show)
  • VIP Premium Table for 8 (reserved seating on Legendary Stage for appetizers, dinner, show & dedicated cash bar server) 

What is the dress code?

Dress comfortably – there is no dress code, but feel free to add some Western flair!


When do Showroom doors open?

11am (Matinee Show) and 5pm (Evening Shows) for ALL TICKETHOLDERS. Please enter through the WEST doors. 


Is there food?

For reserved table guests and dinner/show guests (advanced ticket sales only):

  • Bone-in Honey Bourbon Grilled Chicken and Smoked Beef Brisket with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Wood-Fired Corn, Coleslaw and Dinner Roll
  • Serving time: 11am-12:30pm – Matinee Dinner
  • Serving time: 5-7:30pm – Evening Dinner

Concessions: Carlson’s Orchard Pie (slices and whole pies) and popcorn are available for purchase at our Concession Stand. No outside food allowed.  


What about beverages?

Come thirsty!  A-Town Tavern will offer a CASH Bar with drink specials, rail drinks, and soda available. No outside beverages allowed.


What if I forget to bring cash?

An ATM is available on site.


What else do I need to know?

  • Exciting Ways to Participate & Win:
  • Be ready to show us your smile  in the Red Carpet photo op area! 
  • The Show is three hours long with two short intermissions.  
  • Tickets are transferrable but are not refundable.  
  • The Show is not recorded for public viewing after the show due to music copyrights.  

I have a friend who wnats to go – are tickets still available?

Friday Show Only Tickets (both Saturday shows are sold out):

  • Show Tickets with Dinner option (including Legendary VIP Tables) are still available to purchase online until Tuesday, November 18 at noon – Click here for tickets!
  • Show Only Tickets will be available online until Friday at noon. Tickets will be available at the door (price at the door will increase to $42/ticket)
