Mental Health Toolbox Workshop
May 6

Join 2B CONTINUED for a creative and interactive Mental Health Toolbox Workshop led by artist and mental health educator Rebecca Schmitz.
This hands-on workshop combines art and practical mental health strategies. Participants will receive a red wooden toolbox and materials to create 13 symbolic tools, each representing a coping strategy or reminder that can help during times of stress or emotional difficulty. As participants design and personalize their tools with words or phrases that resonate with them, the process becomes a meaningful way to explore coping skills, boundary setting, and relationship building. The finished toolbox serves as a visual and tangible resource that participants can return to when they need support.
Choose from two workshop times:
- Session 1: 1:00–3:00 PM
- Session 2: 5:00–7:00 PM
Location:
2B CONTINUED Offices
305 7th Street East
Glencoe, MN 55336
The workshop is free and open to the public, but registration is required and space is limited. Click here to register. (Coming soon!)
This event is made possible by a grant from the Southwest Minnesota Regional Arts Council.
