October 1 @ 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

Register here

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) gives adults who work and interact with fellow adults the skills they need to to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health or substance use challenges and offer support. MHFA can help people who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of a mental health problem, or are in a mental health crisis.

This free 6-hour training addresses common mental health concerns encountered by adults, with the goals of reducing stigma and offering self-help strategies for staying mentally well.

2 hours of online self-paced prework must be completed prior to the class. Lunch will be provided.
