Yard Sign Pick-Up Day

May is Mental Health Awareness Month!
Help bring awareness around Mental Health Awareness Month – place one of our free yard signs!
Fill out the form on our website to request a FREE sign: www.2BCONTINUED.org/yard-signs/ .Then, pick up your sign on May 6 between noon and 7PM at our office in Glencoe (and be sure to grab a yummy treat from North Star Donuts – they’ll be setting up their truck in our parking lot from 3-6:30PM, and a portion of sales will be donated to 2B CONTINUED!)
If you are unavailable to pick up your sign on May 6, you will have an opportunity to contact us in the confirmation email after submitting the form on our website, and we’ll find a way to get a sign to you!
